With over 30 years of expertise in complex and technically challenging projects across New Zealand, Shaun is a seasoned professional in construction leadership. His comprehensive background encompasses diverse senior management roles, including both Client-side and Contractor/Consultant positions. Shaun has successfully navigated the full project lifecycle, from engineering and procurement to tendering, construction, and operations & maintenance services. His track record includes impactful contributions to international joint ventures, alliances, Tier 1 and 2 Contractors, as well as oil & gas/petrochemical operators.
A problem solver with a penchant for innovative solutions, Shaun’s leadership extends to founding and managing his own civil contracting company, earning accolades such as the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce emerging business and engineering excellence awards.
As an experienced construction professional, Shaun excels in guiding and overseeing key project delivery activities, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-standard project outcomes. His recent successes include prominent projects for the Hasting District Council and NTZA Performance-based construction contracts, showcasing his visible safety leadership, thought leadership capability, and a collaborative approach across multi-functional teams.

ROBERT BONIFACE

Robert, a Diploma Qualified Civil Engineer, brings over 20 years of extensive experience as a versatile Project, Renewals, Quality, and Performance Manager. Having held senior roles such as Senior Project Manager, Local Government Engineer, Senior Consulting Engineer, and Area/Business Manager, Robert has honed sound project and financial management skills, project engineering capability, and strategic planning competencies.
His involvement in managing delivery of NOC contracts reflects his proficiency in project, performance, quality, and operational management.
With technical expertise in Project Management and Engineer to Contract roles, Robert is well-versed in NZS3910 and NEC3. He excels in maximizing revenue streams, project definition, and fostering performance and growth.
